VoicePlay to appear at Majestic Theater The musical group VoicePlay will appear at the Majestic Theater on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. VoicePlay will perform an a cappella show with songs for all ages ranging from Nat King Cole to One Direction. Based in Orlando, VoicePlay (formerly 42Five) performs their own brand of entertainment across the country and around the world. What began as a street corner barbershop act has now evolved into an acclaimed tour. Opening for VoicePlay will be Gettysburg College’s premiere student a cappella group “The Four Scores,” a student-run and student-led group. Since its formation, the group (comprised of 16 members) has provided the campus with musical entertainment. Tickets are priced at $32, $29 and $25. For the show, a free parking – free shuttle service is being offered in Gettysburg College’s Constitutional Parking Lot. The shuttle starts one hour before the performance. Josh Ritter to perform on Sept. 28 Singer-songwriter Josh Ritter will perform at the Majestic Theater on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $39.50, $34 and $28.50. Ritter’s new album, titled “The Beast In Its Tracks,” is said to be his most personal album to date. Recorded during 2011-2013 at the Great North Sound Society in Maine, this sixth album continues Ritter’s long-time collaboration with producer and keyboard player Sam Kassirer.
