The workshop will based on the National Occupational Standards for Management & Leadership and will cover the following: Difference between Coaching and Mentoring Coaching & Mentoring models Principles of Peer Mentoring Practical case studies This workshop is for staff, trustees or volunteers who would like to know more about coaching and mentoring. Certificate of attendance will be given for your CPD. Delegates will be given an opportunity to become a Peer Mentor to support their peers in the fields they are interested in and in which they can provide expertise. Every participant/delegate from an organisation must complete a booking form. 2. Booking fee is required for some training sessions. Please check with the relevant contact person indicated in the annual training calendar whether a fee applies. Any cancellation or alteration must be in writing within a week. Non- cancellation and no show will result in an additional charge of £25. 5.
