Volunteer Opportunity - LRMC BBQ Picnic – 3 August 2013 Volunteers are needed to help with the LRMC BBQ Picnic on the 3rd of August. The FRG is seeking volunteers from outside LRMC, so soldiers and families can enjoy the day. Even if you can only volunteer for a few hours, every little bit helps. Volunteers will be provided a free lunch. See below for the times and days for each volunteer position. -Setup Crew (Day of 0900-1200) -Tear Down Crew (Day of 1500-1800) -Food Preparation (Day Prior Time TBD) -Cook/Food Server (Day of 1100-1500) Must have food handlers card -Games Coordinator/Leader (Day of 1100-1500) -Refs for Games, Basketball, Volleyball, Corn hole (Day of 1100-1500) -Medic (Day of 1000-1700) Aid Bag will be provided -D.J. (Day of 1100-1600) Speakers are already provided.
