Volunteerism is alive and well in Grant County. Volunteers of all ages met Nov. 8, at the Petersburg Volunteer Fire Company’s facility, a total of 78 in all representing nine churches, Eastern West Virginia Community Action Agency, the Grant County Ministerial Association, Petersburg High School National Honor Society, Potomac Highlands Civil Air Patrol and Boy Scout Troop 63.
