Volunteers Needed - Taste of Chamblee Saturday September 28th This event will give us opportunity to introduce this neighboring community to FOE 714; sharing with them who we are and what our organization is about. This event’s past attendance records are high, so this is a great opportunity for us to reach out to build our membership. A booth is provided along with a canopy, we will be located at Broad Street in front of City Hall. Table and Chairs provided The event hours are 11:30 am - 6:30 pm. Set up time is 8:00 am – 11:30 pm, With this being an all day event, there is a great need for lots of volunteers. Five thousand was the attendance count last year, so in order to accommodate a small group at a time, we will need six to seven Members at all times in our booth. 8:00 am – 10:00 am Set up help 2 – 4 volunteers 4 Representatives for each shift times listed below: 11:00 – 1:00 1230 -2:30 2:30-4:30 4:30- 6:30 Contact Worthy Don McGee,Tom Hatfield or Constance Binkley to the shift time you are available. If an hour is all you can give, that does fine, just please give some time toward this event, for the common purpose of our Aerie’s future stability.
