Vote NO on Prop 1. The $2.7B allocated to water storage is dwarfed by the $2 for $1 spending on enviromental pork projects like bicycle lanes and possibly dismantling four Klamath River dams. The proposition has included all this pork and earmarks so that the greens can support any water project that increases water storage 1%. I would vote yes to a clean bill for building reservoirs like this one, and certainly for one that increases water distribution.
