Vote buying: A Filipino popular culture because the very people, especially the masses, are anticipating it and it seems that elections are not complete without it even it’s just in the barangay level.It is turning to be a harmful social addiction and yet we are slaves to it, and it’s like a bad habit that is hard to stop. Our peoples need of money sometimes leads to compromise their dignity and integrity as a person like selling his vote. It will not be a surprise to me that we will have a very troubling local government ahead of us. In addition to this , there are three aspiring Kapitan now elected as Kagawads. The three push the current kapitan will surely be jockeying for positioning. The two of the aspiring kapitan do not believe that the elected kapitan has the capacity and capability to hold the office.
