Voter ID is a solution looking for a problem. Registered voter impersonation and fraud has been minuscule. Voter ID and all of the other tactics mostly by Southern states, especially North Carolina, used are to resurrect old Jim Crow laws. They are pointedly racist, used to suppress minority votes because they largely vote Democrats, and are hence used to facilitate the further effort to make most Americans of servitude to the Corporate States of America. Virginia here in this thread of comments is quite naive to believe that Constitutional protections are wholly enforced when efforts such as suppressing voting through spurious voter ID laws are wholly unconstitutional, .
