Voter ID laws are unconstitutional due to the fact that the American people CANNOT be compelled to acquire a government ID. Why? Because they currently require that you voluntarily surrender your personal biometric data in order to get one. It is now mandatory to allow the State to collect all kinds of personal and biometric data about an applicant, including your fingerprints, facial mapping/recognition photographs, retina scans, and eventually blood and DNA, why WOULDNT the government want mandatory voter ID? Step 1: Require biometric data for official ID. Step 2: Make what was an optional ID mandatory or be disenfranchised at the voting booth. Step 3: Incrementally increase mandatory biometric data submission requirements for each ID renewal or new applicant. Step 4: All necessary Big Brother tools and systems are now successfully implemented on a more-or-less unsuspecting and unwary population of readily trackable and identifiable slaves.
