Voting still gives me a thrill, even after all these years. As Im walking toward the Cross Center I saw the following: teenagers, folks getting off an Assisted Living bus, button downs and pencil skirts, and guys in their plaid flannels and work boots. There are young kids with their parents and babies yelling from their strollers to be noticed. Candidates were lined up outside to shake hands and make a good impression. And whichever way we vote, we are proud and fortunate Americans.
