Vulnerability challenge 4# This weekend I have been on the rollercoaster of emotions, (a panic attack, crying, stressing) its getting closer to when I am going to share my story with courage yes the original meaning is French and it comes from Cour, which means to tell your story with your whole heart. This makes me anxious, opening my soul to everyone (breath Anna breath) However what stokes my courage is that I have been connecting with amazing people this weekend. Some have come from my social work course Noho this weekend Phoenix Hepi thanks love for the korero, Celina Fortes Kainuku and Hollie Ellison you are all amazing people. Fleur Poka-Williams AlwynandJovanae Harrison and Mary Beveridge-Beachen good to connect with all of you too, you remind me that I am loved and accepted and that is amazing. I had a great chat with two of the guys on my course yesterday, so wise and fill of substance, another social worker at the gym this morning and with my brother and mum at lunch after attending hurch where I was reminded I came from the source of love to be loved by love so so awesome, a friend from work last night and seeing you Renee Nia Nia aka babycakes was so awesome . I talked to my Aunty and Uncle about a future plan I have and they reminded me of their care and concern and offered me support. Today whilst getting my car looked at and missing my submission deadline in the entire history of my degree, the mechanic talked about his time in jail, we discussed ideas and laughed a lot, I got more information for my journey, so lucky. I often think I must be the most blessed person too have such nurturing positive relationships and people to glean wisdom and strength from, so much joy, today I felt like love has been pouring in and out of my heart all weekend. Thanks for being the pillars of strength in my life!! My spirit is so nurtured and warm, you all make me brave, so teeth chattering I will stand up and share my kaupapa with your koha
