Väderleksrapporten idag: Gutter deep floods have been reported in Recto-Morayta and España-Lacson areas in Manila and tire-deep floods in Rizal-Recto area. Other areas flooded according to the MMDA include: Taft Kalaw Orosa - waist deep, Quezon blvd Paterno - knee deep, Quezon blvd Soler - knee deep, Burgos/Victoria Taft/Ayala Finance Road Muralla St. Intramuros, Multinational - gutter deep, Sucat to Evacom - waist deep, Sentosia Macapagal - knee deep, Quirino Taft - gutter deep, Buendia Quirino - 26 inches, Edsa Taft Rotunda Intersection - knee deep. A flash flood has affected a portion of the South Luzon Expressway near the Southwoods exit, making both the northbound and southbound lanes impassable to traffic. At least 5 vehicles were submerged in waist-deep floods. The drivers and passengers of the vehicles were able to escape and have sought shelter at a nearby bridge.
