W.O.D. - Workout of the Day! TRICEPTS and CORE! You dont have to go to the gym, have fancy fitness equipment, or designer workout duds to get fit! Throw on some comfy, cool, sweat friendly clothes, grab a chair, and get some some killer tris and abs while you are at it! Do each move for 1 minute. Alternate legs on the middle move at the 30s mark! Rest 30s, do it all again! Feeling super strong and motivated, try a 3rd round!
