W5D4 Not the best bench session but very manageable. Had a close call when the bar dipped on one of my sets but the rest came up a lot better. Had a bit of trouble keeping tight today and in this set my foot slipped on the last rep causing a little grind. Higher intensity bench sessions next week after all this volume. Cant wait.
