*WA* (Sorry a lil late on this update) Fire Weather Warning for the West Kimberley Coast and Kimberley Inland fire weather districts Issued at 11:20 pm WST on Monday 4 August 2014. Weather Situation A strong high pressure system lies over the southeast of the state and will produce fresh, dry and gusty winds over the Kimberley on Tuesday. For Tuesday 5 August: Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts: West Kimberley Coast and Kimberley Inland If you are in a SEVERE or EXTREME Fire Danger area: The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises if a fire starts and takes hold it will be unpredictable, move very fast and be difficult for firefighters to bring under control. For further bushfire advice and information on total fire bans go to: dfes.wa.gov.au The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am WST Tuesday.
