WACC APOSTLE David Coulthrust Need for Prayer We must move from the point of need, stress, lack, sickness, circumstances for prayer. We need to allow the Holy Spirit to motivate us to the point of prayer. Sometimes God has to drive us through the mud to get our attention to seek Him. Imbedded in us is the need to be in the dessert to realize we need God. We need to get to a point where we want to obey God easily and talk to God easily. Matt 12:10 -13. And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other. It is difficult to have a withered hand to be blessed. It took the life of Jesus Christ for us to receive gifts. The devil causes us to feel challenged in our gifts to stop us from going forth. We tend to adjust our lives to our circumstances even if we are incapacitated. 1. In the presence of God anything is possible even the impossible. 2. At the very point when your miracle is going to come there will be distractions. The devil inserts a person, argument or a circumstance to make your deliverance delayed. We can become accustomed to poor circumstances that even in the presence of God we do not fight for our victory. Be careful of the time you pay to distractions. Distractions can so delay you that it can become your reality. Devil spends a considerable amount of time to wear you down. You can loose your gift if you stop praying you stop being in the presence of The Lord that your hand becomes withered. If we believe that all things are possible then we have to prayer as though all things are possible. If you have an issue and you have faith then God will answer your prayer. With God all things are possible.
