NO ONE is exempt from these laws PERIOD! If one choose to skip and ignore the tasks required by the above CA Comm. Codes and Statute of Frauds for written negotiable instrument, you are toast. If you strip the debt aka intangible payment stream from the paper note send to wall street to form mortgage back securities ( I do not think there is anything mortgage back about this transaction...do you?) along with illegal electronic copies of paper note and paper deed of trust, you have just formed unsecured debt and formed mortgage back securities with unsecured debt. No way to correct this crime and have violated fundamental real property law for written negotiable instruments. These criminal people have killed our economy, courts and public records.
