WAIT STAFF / BUSSERS We are looking for experienced servers, bartenders and bussers to work at frequent banquet events in Lompoc, Santa Maria, Vandenberg AFB and the Santa Ynez Valley. • Seeking talented, service minded individuals who are committed to absolute guest satisfaction in a fast paced, high energy, fun environment. • Candidates must be professional, dependable, enthusiastic and friendly. • Minimum 6 months experience. • These positions are on-call positions for events as they are scheduled and as the need for staff arises. We generally give 2-3 days notice before we need staff. • Job duties Include: delivering and serving food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. • Setting banquet tables to meet the function specifications. • Serving food, beverages, condiments and accompaniments to banquet clientele in a friendly and courteous manner. • Removing china, glassware and silverware from tables at the end of the meal period and deliver to kitchen stewards area. • Linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. • General banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position is perfect for anyone who wants to earn some extra cash. Many of these events are black tie affairs so experience in fine dining is preferred. Dress code is neat and clean, black closed toe shoes, black slacks, white button shirt, hair pulled back, tattoos covered and facial piercing taken out.
