WAJIR ATTACK. The twin blasts that occurred in Wajir points to a reactivation of dormant Al-Shabaab cells. Similar cells are being reactivated in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Embu, Garrissa, Lamu, Malindi and Machakos. The terrorists have outsourced the planning and intelligence gathering arms of their operations to terrorists of either Arab or Indian-Muslims origin. There is also credible information of AQAP and AQIM collaborating with Al-Hijra to set up deep cover terror cells in Nairobi and Mombasa.
