WAKE AT THE SAME TIME… How did you do? If you wake up at the same time every day, you reset your body’s clock called the circadian rhythm. Try waking up at the same time every day, making sure that you get 8 hours of sleep. If you can’t do 8 hours, add at least 15 - 30 minutes to your average sleep time.
