WALGREENS WILL LOOSE MY BUSINESS! Senate Democrats just introduced the No Federal Contracts for Corporate Deserters Act. Now IS the time to speak out. I really love shopping at Walgreens. They are conveniently located and its so easy to submit prescriptions on my iPhone. But if they move their headquarters out of the country to avoid taxes ALL BETS ARE OFF. Mark Cuban, billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks, announced the other day that he would pull his stock investments out of corporations that, not who, move out of the country to avoid paying taxes. There is movement to fight back against corporations now, so now is the time to make it known that you feel the same way! I am going to voice my opinion to their employees every time I shop there and let them know they will be losing my business. I will also be emailing Walgreens accordingly. If their bottom line is jeopardized by our outcry then maybe we can impact their pending decision.
