WALKING WITH DOG: LESSON 1 Actually lesson 1 should more accurately be labeled NOT walking with your dog! EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Lets first start using a standard dog collar with probably a buckle to hold it around the dogs neck and a standard leash with probably a loop to hold it around the humans hand. Your other equipment will be a pouch of some sort appropriate to carry dog treats [oh, okay, you can also bring human treats, you deserve rewards also --- if you learn the lessons and practice]. :) Personally I use a fanny pace that has a couple of different pockets so I also have with me readily available In Case Of Emergency things such as cell phone, identification of me and my dog, vets contact info, my husbands contact info as well as the the treats. I usually line the treat section with a plastic bag for easier cleaning because some treats can be messy &/or smelly.
