WANT TO TAKE YOUR SPLITS TO ANOTHER LEVEL IN ONE WORKOUT?? Grab some parallettes or a pair of kettlebells...hold on, spreadem and work. Start slow, then progressively try to work into a more fluid movement. Dont forget to breathe. and make sure you are really warm before you start. This is just one of the ways I am working into getting all 3 split variations fluid.
