WANT........can we just get clear on that because its making me nutz.....People say they want something. They dont. People say they dont want to do something. They do it. People appear to me to want and not want what they cannot articulate; they cannot express; and cannot act upon. I was trained by a Tibetan Buddhist Rinpoche to not want. Period. It works like a charm; and I highly, highly recommend it. Only problem is; it doesnt stop a person from observing the WANT-GO-ROUND happening to everyone else. Half the people Im thinking of have not sat down quietly by themselves for long enough to find out for themselves what they truly want. There is nothing wrong with wanting by the way....but I prefer not to be a slave to my preferences. Want is not as satisfying as AM.
