WANTED A.S.A.P. 3 bedroom home for rent in Cedar Springs or surrounding areas. I’m trying to help a friend find a three bedroom home to rent A.S.A.P. in Cedar Springs or in Sand Lake, Rockford, Sparta, Kent City, Greenville, Gowen. Her kids go to Cedar Springs schools but she doesn’t have to live in the district. She would like to be somewhat close if possible. Her best price range would be around $700 a month without utilities and negotiable if any utilities are included. She has a great rental history, a great job and is a serious clean freak.
