WANTED: MARKETING SPECIALIST ! Jack Henry & Associates, is hiring a Marketing Specialist to work on the iPay Solutions brand. Jack Henry is the parent company, which is broken out into 3 divisions: Jack Henry Banking, Symitar, and ProfitStars. This position would fall under the ProfitStars division and work on the iPay Solutions brand. In summary the marketing specialist would, under moderate supervision, assist in the preparation, development and review sales and marketing materials. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Act as the primary Marketing contact to our clients at the Financial Institutions to promote online bill payment Marketing programs • Possess a comprehensive understanding of our online bill payment products and clearly and persuasively explain the benefits of our Marketing programs to the Financial Institutions • Conduct weekly training sessions to educate new Financial Institutions on our Marketing materials available to promote online bill pay • Work collaboratively with our Sales and Implementation teams to assist clients with the setup and execution of Marketing programs • Handle calls and questions from our clients about the Marketing programs and provide recommendations on ways to optimize our Marketing materials • Continually optimize the content of our Marketing programs to increase the rate of online bill pay adoption • Assists in the preparation, review and development coordination of all marketing materials • Monitor ongoing email campaigns to ensure proper execution of all scheduled events • Provide key metrics for Marketing campaigns, including open, clicks, conversion and profitability metrics • Work with appropriate data sources or groups to create reports • Provide analyses on the performance of adoption programs and provide recommendations to senior management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 18 months of experience in related field; or • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Developing professional expertise. Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices. • General written and verbal communication, customer relation, and project management skills. • General knowledge of company products and services. • General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment. • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). WORKING CONDITIONS • Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions. • Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate. • Occasional travel may be required.
