WANTED: a BOOKKEEPER, a SECRETARY and a SALESMAN. I prefer to have an older experienced preferably retired BOOKKEEPER who is conscientious, patient, good with numbers, a stickler for detail, accurate, a neat freak, loves paperwork, and willing to get every job done. I prefer either a very young SECRETARY with affinity for writing, affinity with computers, Word, Excel, email and internet, has good office organizational and filing inclinations, who can be a good gatekeeper, courteous, well-spoken, discrete, has hawkeyes for detail, and willing to learn and grow with me and my companies. Or I prefer to have an older, retired secretary who has seen it all, done it all, with a proven track-record, and knows exactly how to run a tight ship for her boss, and train a young secretary to take over. Finally, I need a fast talker who can sell anything, who understands people, knows what drives them and is finetuned to their latent needs and wants. A salesrep who knows a good opportunity when he/she sees or smells it. Has to have good instincts and people skills. Basically, I need a SALESPERSON who wants to make money in sales and marketing and business development and if he or she sticks with me, they will.
