She obviously spoke very highly of your work... and I see she was certainly right! The show were working on is a cake decorating competition show, and I was curious if you might be interested in talking about competing on the show! Your cakes are really, really amazing and I think you might be a great candidate. The show is basically a good natured after-hours throw down between two professional cake decorators at Duffs shop, where he and a few of his friends will be judges. I competed on Food Network Challenge about 5 years ago and won many times. That was back in the day when cake TV was about competition and not tainted by reality TV standards. Cake TV these days is pretty atrocious. There is no way possible to do excellent work on TV anymore. And, I really dont see how that can help us show off our skills to better our business. Empty promises. In recent years Cake TV has been neglectful of talented people and has absolutely nothing to offer any of us anymore.
