FOR YOU TO BE SURE THAT THE PARTY YOU ORGANIZE HAS A DEPENDABLE AND QUALITY SERVICE DONT GET SERVICES FROM Gino Benavides of GABS EVENTS AND PARTY NEEDS. A PERSON WHO DOESNT KNOW..EITHER..NOR UNDERSTAND WHAT IS PROFESSIONALISM, BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, QUALITY SERVICE and COMPENSATION DELAY AND DAMAGES IN THE FIELD OF SERVICE INDUSTRY MEANS. DETAILS: Last Sunday, September 15, 2014. I have a client, a Doctor Mom (referred ng contact kong Resort/Caterer) excited for her daughters 7th Birthday advices me @ 10:19am at my cp Asan na Clowns. Call time as agreed with gino 9am. No Clowns who was supposed to Entertain and start the Party is out of sight. Host/Magic/Balloon Twisting and Bubble Show ang Package ng Client ko para sa party na dapat magumpisa ng 10am. Contacted gino baka daw natrapik (one of the reasons why i decided kunin clowns nya dahil MALAPIT SA EVENT PLACE..wala dapat hassle and yung magician na kausap ko walang bubble show) pero andyan na ei...Spoke to gino told asan na clown and kaya ba magFP to compensate for being late at wag silang titigil hangat indi nag smile at nakuha assurance sa itsura ng client/guest..oo daw kaya magaling daw clowns nya..carry nila..advice gino to personally talk to the client and Apologize ONLY (later u will know how/why) my next biggest mistake next to getting his clowns..gave him client number. @10:43am at my phone I send a txt to my client I REALLY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NO EXCUSE FOR BEING LATE. U DONT HAVE TO PAY THE CLOWNS AND WILL GIVE U FREE FACE PAINTING. Ok..no choice na po si client stuck na sya sa clowns na late. Even ako wala akong magawa indi ako handler ng clown. Party is already late for 43mins. kept in contact with gino but im not sure if he is in contact with the clowns? @10:53am my cp...gino txt msg..papasok na ng village..but regarding sa screenshot sa cp ni DRA @11:33 advice that clown just arrive..syempre magbibihis at make up pa..1hr 33 mins late na party. BUT THIS IS WHAT MADE ME LOOSE MY TEMPER TO gino...WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION gino continued to texting the client even ASKING my client to call him( which he denied but screenshot that my client send me have proven and not only once..2x..3x..)to ask for the payment WHILE the clowns and the party is on going(nagstart na mag perform clowns lets say before 12noon) ***2hrs late from 10am agreed start time, 3hrs late from call time*** And a very silly and IRRESPONSIBLE REASON OF HANDLER AND HIS CLOWNS..REASON Nakalimutan na me event sila(came from ginos mouth while i was talking to him..umalis kung saan mang lupalop sila galing ng hinahanap na sila). You even started to text me @ As a handler he was suppose to be on contact even a night before to remind his people..Manager ka nila di ba! Parehas dapat ninyong alam schedules nyo or bka nainform lang same day? What kind of organizing people and events do you know ! ? di ba you also cater an all in packages! Im JUDGING BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE..How about the PHOTOBOOTH were they there on time (what ever atleast nandun na) based on the screenshot you gave 10:29am was the first shot they have and last print was 1:40pm. How long did the Party lasted from the time your clowns arrive 2hrs..less 1:40 kasama na kainan... Only the performers here can say how long it takes for a package of 2Clown, Host, Game Master, Balloon twisting, Magic and Bubble Show. And mind you walang FP ksi hindi alam ni gino na walang dalang fp ang clowns nya( ei bakit ka oo ng oo nung tinanong ko kung kaya/meron) Very Professional po di ba..Ano Alam mo sa Clowns mo(its not a question..its a fact!) Mabalik tyo sa part na I LOST MY TEMPER is when the Resort/Catering called na naguguluhan na client dahil 2person na kausap nya. Nagulat ako dahil ang advice ko ke gino is just to apologize but he did not stop sending messages to my client asking the FF:(during the party) - Payment for Clown and PB(my instruction was after the party only PB will ask not Clowns because Im giving that option to the client depending on her satisfaction and I already informed her she dont need to pay which was already forwarded to gino..same txt I send to client) -Type of Packages, -How Much did we agree on Tama bang gawin ng isang tie up ang ginawa mo!!!!! Which gino denied but was Proven by Screenshot send to me by client..based on him it was the client who called..yes because you ask and she is too polite, well mannered unlike you..gino! gino was asking why he needs to compensate the client coz he still doesnt accept the facts kailangan pa ng coaching pra malaman ang gagawin sa pagkalate ng clowns nya: Here is my ANSWERs: 1st offence: DELAYED THE PARTY FOR 2HRS.. LATE! UNACCEPTABLE TO THIS LINE OF BUSINESS( kung famous fast food nga 2hrs party time lng ei di pag dating next party na) 2nd Offense: gino LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND LEADERSHIP...I ADVICE TO GIVE FACE PAINT FREE AS COMPENSATION KAYA BA, ME DALA BA...OO DAW KAYA DAW..CLOWNS DAW BAHALA..HINDI MUNA PALA TINANONG ANG CLOWN KUNG ME DALA O WALA..WHEN gino SPOKE and APOLOGIZE TO THE CLIENT..gino ADVICE NOT ONLY ONCE BUT 2X MAYBE MORE COZ THEY SPOKE ON THE PHONE...BUT BASED ON THE SCREENSHOT CLIENT ASK AND ADVICE THERE DONT HAVE FP. ANG GALING! puro daldal OO ng OO wala naman pala. SABI KO gino PAHABAIN MAGIC AND BUBBLE SHOW. HINDI NANGYARI! 3rd offense: gino LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, COORDINATION and BUSINESS ETIQUETTE...KEPT IN CONTACT WITH MY CLIENT DURING THE PARTY ASKING FOR PAYMENT, AGREEMENT BETWEEN ME AND CLIENT AND ASKING MY CLIENT TO CALL HIM! sobrang Kapal! (which he denied but proven by the screenshot send by client) gino WAS HARASSING MY CLIENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION..I ONLY GAVE THE NUMBER FOR ASSURANCE.. FROM CLOWNS HANDLER THAT THE CLOWN WILL BE THERE AND APOLOGIZE..NOT TO HARASS FOR PAYMENT WHICH THEY AT LEAST NEED TO PROVE THAT THEY DESERVE EVEN THEY CAUSE THE DELAY OF 2HRS...EVEN IF CLIENT ASK TO HAVE MORE GAMES THEY RUSHED IT! at first gino DEFENSE WAS THERE WAS NO MORE PRICES..IM NOT SURE IF HE AND HIS CLOWNS HAS LOGIC OR WHAT...YOU PROMISE FOR EXTRA BALLOON TWISTING INSTEAD OF FP WHICH YOU CANT DELIVER COZ IT IS NOT AVAILABLE..WHY HAVE NOT YOU OFFERED THE BALLOONS AS GAME PRICES..LITTLE THINGS THAT WILL MAKE THE CLIENT SATISFIED BUT YOUR CLOWNS DECLINED THEY CONTINUED WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO DO NEXT...U KNOW PARA MATAPOS NA! SA MGA ENTERTAINERS PLEASE PAKI ENLIGHTEN AKO SA TIME SPEND FOR HOSTING, GAMES, BALLOON TWISTING AND BUBBLE SHOW? AND WOULD YOU AS AN ENTERTAINER DECLINE A CLIENTS REQUEST LALO NA NADELAYED ANG PARTY DAHIL SA LATE KYO NG 2HRS? MY INSTRUCTION TO gino WHILE THE CLOWN WAS ON THE WAY AND HE HAS FULL COMPLETE ACCESS TO ASK, INFORM THEM AND TELL THEM NOT TO STOP UNLESS THEY SEE THAT THE CLIENT AND GUEST ARE FULLY SATISFIED - ALL SERVICE ORIENTED WILL KNOW THAT THAT IS THE PROTOCOL..CUSTOMER FIRST!!! GUEST FEED BACK: SO ORDINARY AND THEY RUSH! CLIENTS FEEDBACK: UNSATISFIED! SUMMARY: 15 Sep 2014, last sunday, A Doctor Mom is excited to celebrate daughters 7th Birthday but the 2Clowns who was supposed to Host, do Magic, Balloon twisting and Bubble Show was late for for more than 2hrs and the reason that accidentally got know to me from the slip of ginos mouth nakalimutan ng clown me show. Which is very unprofessional and undependable kind of people to deal with. 1st the handler/manager of Clown which is gino should have personally check his people before the 9am agreed call time(he was able to txt me asking again for the party time @ 8am why I dont know..the night before I reminded him wag ako ipapahiya sa client ko..which did happen..not only to the client but to the Resort/Caterer who endorsed me to their client.. FYI: client was not from the web but referred by. It was gino I got from the events website. I am not writing this dahil sa pansarili ko lamang, gusto ko malaman ng lahat.. sino at paano maiiwasan ang mga bagaybagay. kahit pa me good comments sa olx. I took the risk but also GINO at least learn how to clean your mess..learn the ABCs..CLIENT 1ST! TEACH THAT TO YOURSELF AND TO YOUR PEOPLE..! Note: Please bago magcomment paki basa maigi. Thanks!
