WARNING DON’T TOUCH LV INSURANCE WITH A BARGE POLE Do you know what LV stands for ? Lousy Value or low Value or Least Value/ Looser Victoria Take my advice and at all cost steer clear of the sh1t insurers LV. Their customer support is appalling – they do not call when they say they will thus requiring you to initiate contact every time. They are extremely slow to respond to a claim and weasel out of a claim as their last action, having spent over half a year investigating our claim without indicating that this would be a likely outcome of initiation the claim. I believe that they need to do this to balance their overspend on TV adverts which by the way are c**p Don’t LIKE
