[WARNING] Dear iMed Participants, We remind you that you have until the 21st of November, at 00h00 (the night between the 21st and the 22nd of November) to submit your answers to the iMed Satisfaction Survey, in order to receive your Certificate of Participation in the congress, as well as your Workshop Certificate, which will be sent to the email you have provided at the beginning of the survey. After submitting your answers, it may take a few days, from the 21st of November, until you receive your Certificates, given the large number of participants. After this deadline, the survey will be shut down and you will not be able to fill it in anymore. Certificates for the Innovate Competition will be sent to you by the Coordinator of this competition, and those for the Clinical Mind Competition will be given to you in due time.
