WARNING: Dont EVER Buy or put a Contract on a New Home until you Inspect the Sewer Line All American was blessed to help a Home Owner that purchased & moved in the home he lives in just over 3-4 months ago. Immediately after move in, he started experiencing Main Sewer Line Back up Issues. After several attempts to resolve the issues himself and with a plumbing company, he came to the conclusion that sewer line had Massive Root Intrusions and the same broke the pipe. The plumbing company was also unable to clear the clog and recommended a Repair. With that said, our client found All American on Angies List. He was pleased with the reviews and gave us the Chance to Assist. Nehemiah Martinez & Clinton Wade got the party started with the Excavation of the Toilet Flange in the Main Level Bathroom. Once they exposed the flange and the underground pipe it connected to, they came to find out that the underground pipes were made of 4 Copper up to about 10 from the toilet flange. They also discovered a secondary Mass Root Intrusion at the transition from Copper to Cast Iron. This lead to the continuation of the excavation in to the hallway closet. The problems did not end there however. After repairing both root intrusions, they also found that a Sewer Snake Head was broken off in the line and abandoned. Unfortunately, not the most uncommon thing to find. Nehemiah proceeded to take the risk and very carefully push the Snake Head 70 to the public sewer line. Once the Inspector passed the install, Nehemiah & Ernesto Henriquez returned to the property to back fill and concrete the excavation sites and BUAHLA !!!!! The client has a fully functional Sewer Again. GREAT WORK TEAM !!!!! Inside Sewer Repairs.
