WARNING: GRAPHIC PHOTOS SOAR started off the first day of the new year with an outing. Our travels took us to Franklin & Scott Cos. where we saw such neglect that our hearts are heavy at the sights of not just dogs today. Same ole LIES from people, just a different day. I am not going to use space with all that Im screaming inside to say. Im going to let the photos speak for themselves. Kentuckians, YOU have got to get politically involved so we can STOP THIS ABUSE! This is why Kentucky is the #1 state in the nation for animal abuse. Our elected officials, state and local, refuse to pass laws that would help these animals. Did you know in Kentucky: It is legal to: Tether a Rooster to a barrel and Cock Fighting in KY. is only a Misdemeanor. We are seeing more and more of this on our outings. DISGRACEFUL!!
