WARNING: POOP PICS ADDED. We just want to show the severity of this situation! Had to rush all the babies to the vet this morning. They all have coccidia and roundworms. I had already begun the deworming process, so he said just continue with that . The worms are the least of the problem right now. We were each sent home with a care package of sub-q fluids, Flagyl, and Metronidazole. The next 24-48 hours are very crucial, and we could lose any of them at anytime. We were instructed to alternate feedings with Pedialyte and formula. For at least the next 24 hours, Ill be feeding an ounce or two every two hours. So, if youre not seeing updates or Im not responding right away, thats why. We were there for 2 hours with the vet, which is why we havent gotten an invoice or total yet for the visit. We put him behind schedule, so he has to tend to his other clients first. As soon as I am emailed the invoice, Ill post it. But, for now, if anyone could call in a donation or donate to the youcaring link, please do! Im expecting this bill to be around $200, if not more. Mary Dore also has been battling this with 13 puppies in Houston and has lost 4 :(. The rescue also has several other severe medical cases that are costing a fortune. Any amount will help!
