WARNING!! Photo is graphic and very hard to look at. But, we want you all to see what poor Brady is dealing with. I will be creating a Go Fund Me for him, but the photo is so yucky that Go Fund will not allow me to use it. A little history.. Brady, formerly Chocolate, came to us from a shelter situation about 2 weeks ago. He wasnt in the best of shape. Since arriving, hes had an eye infection and now this.. He was neutered prior to us taking him and the vet feels this could be from the neuter, but they are still working on things. He also has a hernia on his bottom, that was there prior to us taking him. He was scheduled to have that addressed on October 6, but things went downhill quickly for him today and now hes going in for surgery on Monday. At this time, hes on pain medication and being monitored very closely by the team at the hospital. Our bank account is depleted, everyone. It kills me to say that. We still need to pay for Athenas ACL surgery. We will figure out a way to pay for this, but we could really use help. Weve been given an estimate of $4,000 between his hospital stay and the surgery. Its a crushing blow to the rescue... I know well get it done.. we always do. Its just going to be hard, very hard. Please, when I get his Go Fund Me page up, share his story. Any little bit helps. Prayers for this sweet sweet boy... Hes got a tough rode ahead. The hernia surgery is a delicate one and there are tremendous risks associated with it.
