WARNING: RANTING AHEAD. Im sorry, but you dont love someone after only knowing them for a week. I know Im gonna get shit for this from all you people that think that there is no time limit to love and shit like that, but get real. To TRULY love someone, it takes time. Can you feel a strong bond with someone? Yes. But it is not love. Do not call someone perfect until you get to know there every side. Until a person can come out and show you their darkest side, you dont know who that person truly is. And guess what? People arent going to show you that side of them right away. Trust needs to build up. Do we want to see the dark side of the people we care for? Of course not. But when you can come to accept a person for who they are, all of them, then you know you have reached the level of love with your emotions. When you can witness someone at their worst, yet still look at them and want to be there for them, then that is love. The word is thrown around so much now a days, its so disappointing. You kids think you know what youre talking about, and you have that attitude like youre invincible and dont need to listen to people, but you do. This generation needs to learn to THINK. It can drive you to insanity, but it can also TEACH you. I use to be the exact same way. Use to think I knew what I was doing, but I was wrong and I am so glad I have been able to see other wise. Ive had people there to teach me, and I want to be able to pass that along. So before you go and post your opinion against mine, think about what I have said before you lash out at me. Time is key for everything. It takes time to realize what a person needs in their life, be it yourself or someone you care for. It takes time with someone to truly understand who they are and to love them. It takes time before you realize how long you have been sitting in the dark, waiting to see the light for how things truly are.
