My good friend Angie was walking her two Jack Russell terriers in Kemsing Sevenoaks last night and was approached by two men early-mid 20s S.east accent in a small red 03 (think) box van similar to Vauxhall or small transit with bonnet. Creating distraction from the van then called Angie over, she approached van but stayed a distance away where one man said one of her dogs was his mothers dog. Ang said it wasnt and the man said he wanted to look at the dog, when Ang refused to come closer he then threatened to follow her home. This incident has been reported to community officer Sue Harwood. Please share if you are in Kent/South London Thanks.
