*WARNING: This message WILL change your life! Take the time to read and listen to this message NOW!* The greatest realization Ive recently had is the change in the process of mentorship. You see, THOUSANDS of years ago, mentorship was 1-1 in person. Im talking about the days of Socrates and Plato. There wasnt such thing as internet or electricity for that matter. But fast forwarding up to today, weve got UNBELIEVABLY amazing ways of reaching out to people, communicating with them, and being mentored. Yet alone RECORDING and PRESERVING powerful content like so, to inspire those who consume it over MANY decades. No longer is mentorship LIMITED to an in person interaction with a scarce way of documenting the value shared during the session. We now have the ability to create a video, record a speech, go on Skype (Google Hangout, etc.), talk on the phone, post a facebook status, and SOOOO many other methods of communication and preservation. Even more amazingly, all of these methods are now being used in BEAUTIFUL ways to spark ambition, vision, purpose, and community within peoples lives. People are now doing things theyve once deemed as impossible AND theyre having the time of their life (myself included). But MORE importantly, we now have created what I believe, is a global village. A place where just at the click of a few buttons, we can communicate with people ANYWHERE in the world or purchase a plane ticket and see them the very next day. A planet SO advanced than our past ancestors that mentors are no longer limited to the chief of a tribe, migrating across Great Plains, mountains, villages, and forests. A mentor can now live anywhere and create a MASSIVE outburst of inspiration with just a few clicks of a button. A sea of inspiration SO large that it sparks BILLIONS of small ripple effects, all promoting love, laughter, happiness, fulfillment, purpose, and vision. And to IMAGINE the innovation that holds ahead of us, knowing that both you and I are a part of this beautiful phenomenon, I cant help but smile in inspiration. Life is so beautiful and theres so much opportunity out there that I believe not yet should be the new synonym of impossible. Nothings impossible, the question is, How can we do that and who will help me? With this in mind, here are 6 things I need you to do, not for me, but for yourself: 1. DEFINE what opportunity means to you and how it looks like. 2. GET COMMITTED to your vision/dream 110%. Be willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES. 3. REACH OUT to people who have already done what you envision. 4. ASK FOR HELP. Strong people ask for help, they create teams. Egotistically weak people believe they can do everything themselves (this is never the case). 5. CREATE YOUR OPPORTUNITY. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES! 6. And lastly, SPREAD THIS MESSAGE.
