Just when I think I have seen the worst, along comes a little fella like this who needs the Village I just saw this video moments ago and my heart just snapped in 2! He is infested with maggots, his eyes are slammed shut, he has sores and God knows what else! I asked the officer what kind of dog he is and they told me he is suppose to be a Shih Tzu! I saw his before picture before they shaved him and he was unidentifiable! They say he is only about 4 years old although I suspect he could be a wee bit older! He is suffering and has no interest UNTIL TODAY! We took a leap of faith and have placed our loving paw prints on him and he will be taking the LNPB freedom ride to the vets in the morning!
