WARNING....... WARNING....... WANING...... TO DO NOT BE LEFT BEHIND........ I watched the movie Nicolas Cage left behind. I wont say it was bad film. Actually I think for a people who are not saved or young in Christ could really enjoy it. It does bring out the facts people do not believe and that did change the fact of God word. It even show a pastor left behind because he played church, rather then having a personal relationship with Christ. There has been a falling away from truth of God word. Just as God said would happen. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, This verse talking about before the rapture. We know this by what it says in the first verse. 1Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, The gathering is when Jesus will meet his Bride( those who are born again). 1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.17.Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. While we may not know the day our hour. God has given us the signs. And just like the movie showed the one left behind because they did not believe did not hear the trumpet. Jeremiah 25 says, The Lord shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread the grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth. A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth and 1 Thess 4 and 1 Cor 15 both mention the trumpet blast. Is there any scripture indications that the world wide blast will not be heard by everyone, but only those caught up in the rapture? Yes, there are indications for this belief that the rapture may appear to be silent for those left behind, and not silent for those who are raptured. In Revelation 2 & 3, a phrase is repeated SEVEN TIMES: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. This indicates that not everyone has an ear to hear, doesnt it? When Stephen was preaching to the Pharisees in Acts 7, they refused to see and hear. Did they see Jesus as Stephen saw? The text does not say. It implys, however, that because Stephen was full of the Holy Ghost, he saw what he saw. And it does say they stopped their ears. There are going to be many left behind not only the unbelievers But those who have believed in these false teacher, false prophet, false apostles false teachings. These people will not believe the rapture has taken place because they are still here. They will not believe because there children left behind also. But no where in the bible does is state that all the children taken in the rapture, actually the Bible in the past has only took those children that parents where Gods. We look at Noe and Lot both as examples. Also we know that children will be born in during tribulation. I haven’t found anything to suggest that there would be no children born during the 70th Week of Daniel. In fact, Jesus spoke about the difficulty pregnant women and nursing mothers would have in fleeing from the anti-Christ at the beginning of the Great Tribulation, which is the last half of the 70th Week. (Matt. 24:19) This alone would suggest that mothers will continue to give birth during that time. The tribulation will start once the antichrist signs the seven year covenant. Why will they need a peace treaty. Because world war III has broke out and it will be a nuclear war which will destroy the daughter of Babylon(Psalm 137:8),America indeed is the so-called Daughter of Babylon talked about in the prophecies of Jeremiah (chapters 50 and 51), Zechariah (chapter 5), Isaiah (chapter 47 and elsewhere), and of course John the Revelator (chapters 17 and 18 in his Apocalypse). A sampling of these verses: In the last days, the Bible tells us, a horrible series of events will take place in the lands of Israel and Syria. One of these events is the disappearance of Damascus as one of the premiere cities in the world. The oldest continuously inhabited city on the planet, Damascus has witnessed at least five thousand years of human history, and some historians believe the city actually dates back to the seventh millennium bc. In fact, Paul was on the road to Damascus when Christ first appeared to Him, an event that transformed not only his life, but the course of human history. In the very near future, Damascus will once again play a major role in human events. The prophet Isaiah provides us with Gods commentary on a future conflict between Damascus and Israel, and in so doing, He reveals certain prophecies that have been partially fulfilled in the past. However, the ultimate fulfillment of Isaiah 17 remains in the future. The current existence of Damascus, which will one day cease to be a city, as well as the historical absence of the coalition of nations prophesied to attack Israel and be destroyed by God, is proof that Isaiah 17 prophesies events yet future. Daniel 9:27 states that the Anti-Christ will cause a seven year peace treaty between Israel and her enemies to be signed. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week... This passage also states the end result of the Anti-Christ’s treaty: …and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. At the beginning of the tribulation period it seems there will finally be peace in the Middle East, but the Bible states that the Anti-Christ will break this seven year peace treaty after 3 ½ years. During the tribulation period. The people will face with many Disasters Luke 21:11and there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven. The great tribulation will be a period of devastating wars, pestilences and natural disasters. As a result of it the world and its inhabitants will greatly suffer, and the works of man will be destroyed. A high death-toll, decomposing bodies that remain unburied, and the collapse of medical services will result in pestilence and severe pollution. Unendurable situations will arise, particularly in densely populated areas. Natural resources that have already been rendered useless because of exposure to radioactive pollution, will undergo further damage through earthquakes, droughts and heat-waves. Terrifying earthquakes will occur in which whole cities will be turned into rubble-heaps. People think is has been very bad here lately. You have not seen nothing until the Holy Spirit and the church is removed. If you are left behind you do have a chance. But it will not be as easy as it is today. You may have to give your life to be saved. You may have to have have head cut off. You will be forced to receive the mark of the beast or have your head off. If you receive the mark of the beast you will surely die and go to hell. Revelation 13 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. [Rev 14:9-12] Those saved during the Tribulation, then, are those who had never heard the gospel before the Rapture. The “proof text” for this view is 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11, which says the Antichrist will work miracles to deceive “those who are perishing” and that God Himself will “send them a powerful delusion” to confirm them in their unbelief. The reason given is that “they refused to love the truth and so be saved” (verse 10). Granted, those who are hard-hearted toward the gospel before the Rapture are likely to remain so. And the Antichrist will deceive many (Matthew 24:5). But “those who refused to love the truth” does not necessarily refer to people who heard the gospel before the Rapture. It could be anyone who wholly rejects God’s salvation, at any time. So, there is no clear scriptural evidence to support this view. Revelation 6:9-11 speaks of those martyred during the Tribulation “because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained.” These martyrs will correctly interpret what they see during the Tribulation and will believe the gospel themselves and call on others to repent and believe as well. The Antichrist and his followers will not tolerate their evangelism and will kill them. All of these martyrs are people who were alive before the Rapture, but who were not believers until afterward. Therefore, there must be opportunity to come to Christ in faith after the Rapture.
