WARNING..for cat lovers only this is a very mushy lovey cat post... With my cat Emma. M is 7 I have had her since she was 3 weeks old, she has never known and abuse or mean hand or harsh words. When I was involved with the rescue of her litter, I knew from her personality that she just would not manage in any home even at 3 weeks old I could tell, compared to her brothers, she was very withdrawn and quiet and her eyes just looked into mine and I knew she was meant for me to look after and love. I promised her that I would love her and protect her forever. Very few people get near her and if they do it is barely tolerated but for me, she is a lovebug, a darling and a clown. I am her mommy friend and protector . Sometimes when an animal exhibits fear it insights aggression or interest in other animals so my other female cats have chosen to pick on her. She pretty well spend her life on particular shelf or in particular corners if Im not with her. It is always a very big fear from me that anything should happen to me for her sake. She did not pee the whole time I was in the hospital from thursday night middle of the night untill, I guess , 3 pm sunday when I got home. she did not pee or poo. My neighbor who is the kindest most loving animal lover and rescuer, she did everything I could for my pets, we even arranged over the phone that she move Emma into my office with her food and litter but little Emma scurried to the top of the shelf beside my desk and did not leave. My neighbor left her food and water up there in the litter box on the floor and shut the door. You should have seen her little face when I got home. I have had animals for many years and run a cat kennel, ( boarding kennel) a very successful beautiful one in Canada for over 10 years. I have never seen kitty cat pee for as long as she did when I got home. Im so glad she is okay Im so glad her tummy and her bladder are okay I was laying there worried sick unable to do anything but we did everything we could. This is Emma tonight loving on her little blankie that she has had since she was 5 weeks old it is crocheted in there a little bobbly bits on the end I call them her bits . Usually her blankie and bits are right beside me on the bed and she knead the blankie and sucks on her little bits. Tonight I was putting her in her little bit and she was doing it so I just taped it to share because she is so sweet. Cat lovers you might appreciate this.
