WARNINGS BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH READING THIS POST: 1. This topic is very SERIOUS, yet very HILARIOUS ;) :D 2. If you are having the slightest troubles with any of your managers, and you have them on facebook GOOD LUCK commenting on this post; you better have a hell of a PLAN B my friend ;) :D So.. over the past couple of weeks, I had this really interesting and thought provoking nonstop discussion with a group of my friends, some of them were pharmacists, engineers, bankers, and even a couple of guys in the army. Now, you might be wondering what was the topic we were talking about all that time, right? Or what type of a discussion can prolong like this over a couple of weeks and be that much interesting to people from different backgrounds and experiences !? I bet that most people started to think about politics when they read the word army, but it wasnt politics that kept us engaged in such a discussion -although it could include some politics. We were talking about: What can make you LOVE or HATE your job? What can make you PRAISE or KILL your manager? I wont be talking much now, But throughout my conversations and discussions with my amazing diverse group of friends I was surprised and sometimes even SHOCKED by the reasons people said; they were sometimes so simple, yet complicated; so depressing, yet so funny in the same time. Eventually, it was clearly revealed that we as human beings are all different (surprisingly enough, some people live their whole lives without grasping the true meaning of this difference and most importantly, how to act upon this understanding); we have different NEEDS and WANTS, and SURPRISE SURPRISE: there is no WRONG or RIGHT about it, rather SUITABLE for you or NOT SUITABLE for you. If you only want CHANGE, you wont get it. If you only need CHANGE, you wont get it. YOU HAVE TO: NEED IT, WANT IT, EAT IT, AND BREATHE IT with every single breath you inhale. Only then you will be able to get CHANGE. Now, my friends, with all your differences and experiences, could you please tell me: What can make you LOVE or HATE your job? What can make you PRAISE or KILL your manager? LETS GET FIRED PEOPLE ;) :D
