Former Cosby Show star Keshia Knight Pulliam was the first contestant booted-off of Donald Trumps Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday night. Why did she get the boot? Well, it hinged on the fact that it was a fundraising challenge where Keshia was Project Manager, and she flat-out refused to dial Bill Cosby for a donation. Ultimately, her team lost the challenge after pulling in fewer funds than the rival team. In a telling interview on Monday with host Wendy Williams, Knight Pulliam admitted to the audience that she has had no communication with Cosby in 5 years. When pressed about the current rape and drugging allegations against Cosby, Knight Pulliam says there are two sides to every story, and that its not the man she knew. Is she standing up for Cosby? On her refusal to ask Cosby for money, she simply says it would not have been appropriate to call him and ask him for a check after their non-communication over a 5-year period. Wendy Williams seemed dubious about Keishas answers. This season of the hit show The Apprenctice was filmed in March of 2014 well before the allegations against Bill Cosby became public.
