WATCHOUT! A TREND is on, more DAMAGE is done! Why do young christian brothers and sisters (about to wed)now a days; 1. Wear same cloths/customized attire before the wedding day? 2. Took shots together? 3. Eat together? 4. Sleep together? 5. Live together? What happened to the golden rules of age long CORE VALUE, our traditions evolve and survived centuries with; Dignity, Discipline, Home Training, Self esteem and History? Are we so modernized that these great treasured had been mortgaged so as to be like others? ?............wait NOT at all.....dont take it personal, an error is an ERROR, even when subject to logical explanation! Yes.....you are quick to call it SU tins.....wao! You heard of the good tales of those men and ladies of firm stand and discipline of standard!, ....they were the pride of the christian faith in this NATION, before the emergence of libertine preachers, who challenged their positions, and sabotaged their consecration, they raped them and divided their congress, they intimidated them and raised another generation of christians-- the uncircumzised, wild, aggressive, disobedient to parent, unthankful, calous, unproductive, noisy and lousy, shameless and unmerciful, a breed with greed and lust, drunken and untamable, ambitious with little or no purpose for living, mere civilians that betrays NATIONHOOD, Men like swines raised in their hundreds of thousands, corrupted and corrupting, women with insatiable lust for emphemerals, whose god is their belly, women of low virtue, cheep and affordable by confused men, children with no role model but the same regreatable vallians, a sick generation, dying yet dancing, wasting in the abbys of vanity, entangled in web of deciets. No appologies!....the era of. ....dont step on toes are OVER, the devils very head wasnt spared at Golgota at the triumph of calvary! Sick and dying are we! yet cumbered with frivolous activities, unending celebrations, vague boast of power and sign, the flashes of glitters, rise of the most successful contest of all sort, scramble for members, manipulating people, swindling the ignorant, the madness on the media networks made us a clowns, as we aggressively advertise our enterprises....shame!! The growing debates of agelong firm biblical principles by several of our econo-classical preachers in the explations of the whys, and how of their high sounding nonsense------ Is a testimony that we missed a link! We lost our grip on the GOD of the said SU! We lost THE MARK--- our very identity is contested, our society is be-deviled by the very monster we nurtured for over 44years! Our youths are filled with bitter regrets of living in the most uncertain nation in the world! We dont even know our history! We paid heavy tutions to be jobbless, with scores rather certificated and not educated to be employable! Our young ones are more confused and are learning our fears too fast!, i wonder what their fate will be in 44years time Our leaders are lost in a puzzle the designed, the tide of the day is worst than the wispers at the night! We have fabricated a complex and complicated habitat tagged Naija- we rebranded it from without to our own very shame! I am a christian, but was born into this same wilderness generation, what i did differently was that i asked the old pilgrims along my path, of how it was then, i was interested in the history of my nation, its believe system, its values, and the vision of the founding fathers The account they gave me brought tears to my face! The stories of the good old days was a wao! You will doubt it all happened before the oil, Adeu! History, groundnut pyramids, rubber, cocoa, tin, right, justice, freedom, security, sactity of human life, honesty, dignity of labour, respect of the rule of law, Naira of blessed memory! hmmm....! education was a treasure but is lying still!.......sobs But alas! After the funeral Our faith systems weight was adjusted, to make for convinience! They mixed our wine with water, The damage that was done was grave We now live less, and careless too, we lack courage and quest to be exceptional, our thought life wad so badly damaged that it is void of innovation, creativity............we were doing same thing, same way and expecting a different result! Leaders were rotated among the ruling families! Wealth is within the caucus of the said mighty! we produce and pay more for products we export!, we are glorified consumers! The question i stated with is A TREND! I will share others in subsequent posts! Ask again from the old men around you! Few will tearfully tell you! How is was then!
