WCHE NEWS - 21-year old gang member, James Jones, who pled guilty in August to charges of third-degree murder and criminal conspiracy, was sentenced yesterday to 40-80 years in state prison. The sentence stems from the 2011 stabbing deaths of rival gang members during a bonfire party in New Garden Township. Jones provided the knife used to kill 27-year old Temo Bedolla and 29-year old Jose “Little” Rodriguez after a brawl ensued between members of the Vikings and Surenos-13 gangs. Senior Judge Ronald Nagle said yesterday that he agreed with prosecutors that Jones is “a person who is dangerous to other people” and who acted in a “cloud of anger and hatred”.
