WCSO DEPUTIES HONORED WITH AWARDS Two Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies and their favorite charities were honored with awards from Toyota of Cool Springs. Detective Jonathan Couey was named Deputy of the Month for June. Toyota of Cool Springs will make a donation to ONEless Ministries, an organization that offers programs to victims of human trafficking, in his honor. Detective Couey was selected for the award because of his outstanding work in the investigation that helped lead to locating a missing teenager. He has worked at the WCSO for 16 years. Deputy Sean Luther was named Deputy of the Month for July. Toyota of Cool Springs will make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project which provides programs to wounded military veterans in his honor. Deputy Luther was nominated for the award because his supervisors consider him an exemplary employee who shows his dedication to service through his actions every single day. He’s assigned to the detention division and has worked at the WCSO for one year. Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented plaques to Detective Couey and Deputy Luther and Cool Springs of Toyota will a donate check for $150.00 to each charity. Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a WCSO deputy and a charity.
