Herrn Carlo Giesenregen möchte ich auf folgende Stellungnahme der ehemaligen Präsidentin des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, Frau Prof. Dr. Jutta Limbach (SPD), hinweisen: Koeln.li/vorwort.php Außerdem vorab die Frage, woran sich die Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht orientieren ???
