WE AGAINST SLAVERY!!!! PLEASE, DEAR FRIENDS, Take a moment TO READ THIS INFO TO KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENING WITH STUDENT IN USA!!! It’s very important to know how we work hard in this company and how AquaSafe misprize our LABOR!!! WE NEED YOUR HELP. We were the lifeguards on this pool (Yermolaiev Serhii , Tonchenko Roman AND LESYA DEINEKA). We worked for company AquaSafe. We worked hard this 3 weeks, we did a lot of good things, we tried to do our job the best AND WE STILL HAVE NO PAY-CHECK FOR OUR WORK. We came to USA from another country. We came to another society, another traditions. OUR PARENTS believed that we fly to safety place and everything will be good. It was some hard to live for the first time, because we had culture shock. We spent a lot of TIME and MONEY (3900$, for this money our parents worked almost one year, and they took credit from_some_people)to_get_USA. It was very difficult but we did it. NOW, WE GOT TERMINATED from AquaSafe. WE DON’T KNOW THiS COUNTRY, EVEN THIS CITY. AND FOR THIS MOMENT WE MUST LEAVE OUR JOB. THE REASON OF THIS THAT I’m Yermolaiev Serhii, some days ago for request of ASPEN HILL manager that we need to vacuum the pool I answered that pool is clear and it’s do not need to clean. She didn’t see for the pool!! She only wanted me to clean this pool. And I didn’t answered what she wanted. And I lost my job for this! I DON’T SEE NO REASONS TO LEAVE THIS COMPANY. THIS VERY STUPID THING!!! ALL WHAT I KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY HAS A LOT LIFEGUARD WHICH CANT WORK NOW AND AQUASAFE SEARCHING FOR SOME REASONS TO KICK US FROM JOB. My friend lifeguard (TONCHENKO ROMAN) lost job in this pool (Aspen Hill) too because he was ill and lay for the chaise-longue and another lifeguard was on DUTY. AFTER SOME TIME AquaSafe said that He have some chance to back again for the job. And after some days they said that he cant work. THEY’RE VERY GOOD JOKERS. BUT THEY ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER PEOPLE TO WORK. EVERY MORNING WE HAD TO DRIVE TO OUR POOL FOR 50 MINUTES BY BICYCLE. AND COME BACK FOR THIS TIME for 50 MINUTES. THERE’RE A LOT OF HILLS AND YOU MAY UNDERSTAND US. WE CAME TO POOLS BEFORE 20-30 minutes, we cleaned pools before opening (this thing didn’t paid for us). WE LIVE IN PINE’S APARTMENTS, 301 Progress Ave, apt.k7. NOW WE’RE VERY SCARED. WE HAVE NO MONEY (almost 70$). WE DON’T KNOW WhaT TO DO NEXT. WE LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND HAVE SOME FEEL THAT we were thrown BY AquaSafe. THIS COMPANY GAVE US ONLY 2 DAYS TO LEAVE FROM OUR APORTMENT, WE ARE CONFUSED. THEY WANT TO TERMINATE OUR VISA’s and they WANT we pay money for this company that we canceled our contract! WE DON’T WANT TO BE SILLENT. WE CAME TO GREAT DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY AND WE WANT JUSTICE. We are only STUDENTS FROM OTHER COUNTRY. WE NEED YOUR HELP, PEOPLE. We do not want to suffer from this company AquaSafe other lifeguards!!! WE Lost OUR JOB AND THEY ALREADY FOUND NEW PEOPLE TO WORK AND FOR OUR APARTMENTS. IT’s REALLY STUPID. AQUASAFE HAS TARGETED IT. WE DON’T BELIEVE THAT SUCH THING HAPPENED IN USA. IT’S VERY FREEDOM COUNTRY AND WE I UNDERSTOOD THET WE WORKED HARD TO LOSE OUR JOB! 14.06.13 WE LOST OUR JOB – 3 PERSON AND SOON MY FRIEND WILL LOSE THIS JOB TOO.
