WE ARE 100% DONOR!!! Why is this good news? It means so far the transplant is working and the marrow sample from the July 2 (Nicks bday) biopsy shows no signs of leukemia or those old bad Tyler cells! And since its a full 100% we dont need to adjust any medications. However, we still have a very long and cautious road of watching and waiting, avoiding germs, infections, not getting more Graft-vs.-Host disease, etc. These next couple months are crucial, thus our semi-quarantined circumstances. He still has tons of meds, twice-weekly clinic visits, IV nutrition, and daily routines to strictly adhere to. As weve also said, we love your visits but really need to stress to please hold off if you are sniffly, virus-y, or sick in any way. Even if we are outside around Tyler, we need to keep distance just to be safe. Thank you so much!! Hanging out at Ronald McDonald House today relaxing. Just enjoyed requested bacon & eggs!! Be nice to see Nick and Dad tomorrow :) Everyones prayers, thoughts, kindness and help are sincerely appreciated by our entire family!!!
