WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING IN NORTHAMPTON (NN1 to NN7) for people to assist our clients in daily tasks such as, companionship, meal preparation, general home-help, local transportation & personal care. We are looking for compassionate people that want to work locally between 10 and 35 hours a week, and an opportunity for more. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? We do NOT do the 15-30 minute calls. We only do a minimum of 1 hour calls & introduce our carers to our clients before their first visit. We are looking for people who have their own transport BUT more importantly: •Have a caring nature •Good Communicators / Listeners as building relationships with our clients is very important to us •Reliable & Flexible •Positive attitude •Who are friendly and would like to bring a little sunshine in to someones life! We provide free induction training so no experience is required, and offer a personal development working towards NVQ/CQF in Health & Social care. We also offer our very own City & Guilds accredited course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia awareness. We are looking for people that have flexibility during the week and are able to work some evenings and alternate weekends.
